Generally: clear kitchen counter surfaces, move or cover fish tanks and bird cages, remove pets from treatment areas, and ensure our team has access to all rooms and utility areas. Pre-construction treatment is soil treatment applied before the foundation slab is laid — creating a chemical barrier from below. Post-construction treatment uses drilling and injection to introduce termiticide into the soil around and beneath an existing completed building. Pre-construction is more comprehensive and cost-effective.

Pre-construction soil treatment provides 5 to 7 years of protection. Post-construction treatment provides 3–7 years. Annual inspections are recommended. We offer Annual Maintenance Contracts for continued monitoring and re-treatment as needed.

Before the sand bed, subgrade, or floor finish is laid — at the same pre-construction stage as conventional anti-termite treatment. It cannot be installed after the building is completed.

Yes. After every termite treatment we issue a certificate documenting the date, area treated, products used, dosage applied, and warranty period. This certificate is accepted for RERA compliance, builder handovers, and property documentation.

Drill holes are of 10mm. They are sealed with cement filler immediately after injection. On marble and tile floors, the filled holes are visible but minimal. Most clients find they become barely noticeable after a few weeks.

Yes. Gel bait is the preferred treatment for kitchens precisely because it contains no sprays or fumes. It is applied in tiny amounts at hidden harborage points, not on food contact surfaces. We do not use broadcast spraying in kitchens.

You will see a significant reduction in cockroach activity within 3–5 days. Complete elimination usually takes 1–2 weeks as the bait cascades through the colony. Do not clean the bait application areas during this period.

No. Gel bait treatment does not require kitchen closure. For spray treatments in non-food areas, we schedule outside business hours. FSSAI-compliant documentation is provided for all commercial cockroach treatments.

No. Professional treatment eliminates bed bugs in the mattress without requiring disposal. Throwing a mattress away can spread bed bugs during removal. Our treatment is specifically designed for mattress-safe application.

Most infestations require 2 sessions spaced 7–10 days apart. The first kills live bed bugs. The follow-up targets newly hatched nymphs from eggs that survived the first treatment.
